Who I am

I've always loved the idea of the "Renaissance (wo)man", or polymath, and I strive to being a life-long learner of several fields while narrowing down and specializing in what I'm passionate about: I'm a certified psychologist. I enjoy mobile developing developing, specially in iOS. I'm incredibly interested in the diverse uses of data, AI & machine learning and I'm currently focusing my studies in that area. For fun, I also like to develop AR apps and games with Vuforia and Unity.

I'm fluent in Spanish, English and Catalan. Trying to take my French to the next level and fiddling with Swedish whenever I can.

Projects I've done

Built one {coding} block at a time. Here are some of the projects I've worked on that focus on my interests.

Chess Game

A java-built, FEN available, piece draggable chess game. Can you win in a set amount of steps against two artificially intelligent agents (the Machines)? Implemented game theory Minimax with Alpha-Beta pruning and move ordering. Potential improvements: UI/UX and integration of a machine learning option (level: Expert).




Game Bot

An artificially intelligent game bot (yup, that's a real photo of him) programmed in C++ to assess its map and choose strategy. Implemented graph algorithms: Dijkstra, DFS and BFS algorithms. Future improvements: Implement A* algorithm.




Bicycle Redistribution

Solving a public bicycle redistribution problem with local search algorithms: Hill-Climbing and Simulated Annealing, written in Java. Where do we go from here? This will tell you. Future improvements: Create an interactive UI.




Genetics Maker

An adventure into OOP & modular design in C++. Future improvements: Create an interactive UI.




FIB Marks App


Android app to calculate university marks written in Java.




iOS Chat App

Customizable chat app written in Swift and a bit of Objective-C.




Android SwissKnife App

Jack-of-all-trades Android project in Java. Because who doesn't need an app that: is a Calculator, is a Game of Thrones themed card flip matching game (Who killed who?), a music player for your files and keeps an API ranking of your wins.




Website Project

Website sample project. Sample final project of HTML/CSS/Javascript. Used: Sass, Bootstrap and JQuery.
